CentOS 7 Problems / [CentOS7][Mysql] MYSQL nan%

Hello,
So yesterday my boss disconnected my laptop where i ran centos7 Web Panel.
Afterwards i tried to connect to my sites after rebooting, nothing worked as it should.
I use CWP as test server right now for our homepage before going live, and maybe we'll use it afterwards as real webserver.
But now my problem right now, as everything was broken i had chosen to reinstall everything.
So i reinstalled centos7 minimal and afterwards CWP el7 latest.
So far everything works just like before, but now when i create a new user, log into that user, i can't create any database for him.
So in the circle above MYSQL there is only the following : nan%
Anyone know how to resolve this?
