Apache / unable to access cwp7 panel after reboot server

Hi,
after i reboot the server, i am unable to access cwp7 panel via http:// [ipaddress] : [port name] /admin
is there anything i have missed out?

Apache / Apache web server down - Unable to start again even after click start or restart

Dear people,
Our website is down due to apache webserver down. However, after click start or restart button, it still show as inactive. but the logs are show as httpd service started. the website was still available a few hours ago as i was able to access the website. the website address is www.pineapple.my
i got this error msg in the status

Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/httpd.service; enabled; vendor preset: disabled)
Active: inactive (dead) since Fri 2018-06-29 09:26:11 +03; 8s ago

i am lost here. what should i do?
