DNS / Unable to see my wordpress website, instead i am seeing HTTP Test Page

Greeting every one, i am unable to see my wordpress website. Instead i am seeing HTTP Test Page. I am using cloud flare. I have tried with out coludflare and ping my website in cmd. and got the correct Ip adress. Now i am getting cloud flare ip adress. How can i remove this HTTP Test Page and see my site content.

I am trying to install cwp on centos 7 at ovh.
i am using this command
wget http://centos-webpanel.com/cwp-latest
or tired
wget http://centos-webpanel.com/cwp-el7-latest
but i am getting
-bash: wget: command not found
