SSL / Error in AutoSSL

Hello everyone!
Does anyone have any tips for this error that is happening in CWP when I try to install a certificate for any domain:
An error occurred, the certificate can not be installed.
The .cert .bundle and .key files are all empty.
No error messages in the log
