Installation / BIND DNS Server not starting

I have a red dot by BIND DNS Server so I am guessing but I can not get it started so I can not get to my website I new to all this stuff so I not sure what is wrong if anyone can help me as I like to make this a shout server

it also say this 'ns2.floridainet.com' has no address records (A or AAAA)
'ns1.floridainet.com' has no address records (A or AAAA)

and not sure how to add this
