Information / Can not acess web panel from another internet provider

Greeting for you all, i just recently install web panel in CentOS, and i can not acess it when i am conected to another  internet provider, for instance if i am at home i am conected to Vodafone provider i can acess the server, but if i went to my job that has a diferent internet provider i can not acess the home server?! Can anyone help me cose i am new on this,
