CentOS 7 Problems / Apache PHP-FPM and Nginx PHP-FPM version select was hide

I'm unable to select Apache PHP-FPM and Nginx PHP-FPM version. I'm not getting any droop down..

Please let me know how to resolve this issues

Select webServers:
Select Default Apache PHP-FPM version: click here to install
Select Default Nginx PHP-FPM version: click here to install

WebServers Main Conf:
Nginx default PHP-FPM version: PHP-FPM Not installed click to install
Apache default PHP-FPM version: PHP-FPM Not installed click to install

Server Details :

SSH Port: 22
