CentOS-WebPanel GUI / No acess to my server

Hello all , i don´t have acess any more to my server how to fixed ?
how i can repair ??

I can't log in to the administration page, I can't log in to a user via email

I can't use the yum command
oot@srv3 ~]# yum -y update
erro: erro do db5 (11) do dbenv->open: Resource temporarily unavailable
erro: não consigo abrir o índice de Packages usando o db5 - Resource temporarily unavailable (11)
erro: não consigo abrir a base de dados Packages em /var/lib/rpm
CRITICAL:yum.main:

Error: rpmdb open failed

after the installation centos 7 i try install Wordpress but when i try enter in domain.com/wp-login.php the bowser give me file not found

Hi  all,

How i can configure webmail.domain.com , becouse when i do command webmail.domain.com tell me it´s no possibol .
 But when i make command domain.com/webmail  appears error 404
