SSL / New SSL configure options

Can someone explain to me how these settings are supposed to work under Auto Renovations and Automatic SSL generation?
I noticed the new options there yesterday, and I left them as shown in the image, checking the possible options available. Today I noticed that CWP had installed certificates to all domains on my server, even though I had not checked "Enable"-button in Automatic SSL generation.
And what does SAN stand for?

SSL / Auto renovation skips www subdomain

Hello.
A problem has started occuring during the last two weeks (as far as I know) that my certificates don't renew correctly. www-subdomain keeps missing, and most of the sites are using the www-subdomain as their primary site address.
The logs show the following:
domain.tld AutoSSL trying domain.tld (nowww)
This has happened a few times before, but now all of the domains keep doing the same thing. All www-subdomains are using CNAMEs in DNS. If I renew them manually, www-subdomain gets certified normally.
Any help appreciated.

Softaculous / Unauthorised web access

When I try to access Softaculous via admin panel, I get the following error: "Unauthorised web access". This is happening on a two different servers, both running CWPpro version 0.9.8.836.
I also get the same error when trying to access Softaculous via user panel.
Any ideas what might be causing this? I remember receiving an update notice from Softaculous last friday to version 5.2.3.
