Information / Sub-Domain Issue

I have created a sub-domain for mail , but I can not point it to my mail address.
sub-domain is : mail.mykfcexperience.us
why it is not getting mail.
i have created and put as the folder public_html\mail
I also put an index.html.
Any solutino for this issue ?
