FTP / Ftp doesn't work with firewall

Hello, I have a problem with ftp. When the firewall is deactivated, the ftp works very well. But when the firewall is activated, you can connect to the ftp but it does not display the files. Do you have an idea of the problem and do you have a solution?

I create a customer account and I try to order for a free offer for example. Once I have purchased the accommodation offer. I end up with an access from the control panel on a bad link. Is this normal?
