Other / Cron Jobs: For WordPress & Invoice Ninja

Hello,
I’ve just stated using CWP Pro (paid), previously I had been using Virtualmin.
I’m having trouble getting cron jobs to run for WordPress & InvoiceNinja which was working on my previous Virtualmin install.
I have tried added the cron commands to each user account on the user side of CWP, also tried adding them to the root user in the admin side of CWP.
Please advise as this is the last part to finish off before I can fully move over to CWP.
