CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Is mxroute email hosting really that hard to set up?
« on: November 22, 2019, 09:55:50 AM »
Hi Everyone,
I recently purchased a domain name that I want to use for my own personal email address. I suspect that over the next few months (if I can figure out mxroute) I will want to add a few users, all me with different email addresses, and perhaps add another domain or 2. So with all that in mind, I suspect that mxroute will become the cheapest way for me to have hosted email addresses with their unlimited domains/users policy and they also have imap capability for my iphone mail app.
I've read that mxroute doesn't do a lot of handholding in terms of setting it all up. I don't have a web development background which makes me feel slightly uneasy, but I know some programming and I will have a Ph.D. in science field soon. Is it something that the average person, or maybe myself, can figure out without too much head banging?
