Information / Unknown user in cwp user quota

Hello guys.
Upon checking the users quota inside cwp, I found that there are unknown user accounts which are not listed in list account, but in quota they exists.
Can someone explain what is this and why is this?

E-Mail / Is there any free email providers?

Hello.
My server IP is blacklisted for emails, and all my emails land in spam specifically for Gmail.
I want to change the server of the entire web hosting account, is there any free alternative that I can use?
I can use Zoho mail, but that is for each domain zoho offer 5 free email accounts after MX record change, but that is not efficient, I want to change the entire server when I create an account for a domain so that email services are used by default.
need guidance, how I can achieve this, and which service provider is best which can work with CWP itself for all accounts?

CentOS 7 Problems / Malware found

Hello.
I found malware on my CWP pro installation in a VPS in local directory, in TMP directory, and in User directory after scanning it with malware scanner at security center. I removed them, but after few days that malware appear again and I get abuse notification from ISP few times and also they suspended and recovery my VPS.
How can I forever remove this malware because after removing them, they again appear and some devil person files (File names) appear on the files which were found malware.
I have all security protocol taken, even I have change the SSH port 2 times, how can the person access my VPS and install this malware, any idea, I have around 25 sites on that VPS and reinstallation and backup of all site will take huge time, I can also share logs if that can be helpful and I can solve the problem forever!
Sites are clean, but the server directories are effected, coz malware are found in their.

Backup / No space and remove cwp created backup (user account) via SSH

Hello guys,
I am in trouble, My server is out of space (google cloud VM instance) and now I am unable to connect to the Linux using SSH, because there is no space. I tried "Connect to serial console" but it show PHP FPM stopping due to no space.
before this happened, CWP was taking backup of accounts (around 6 accounts were in there).
now I want to run startup command on google cloud to remove all the backup of accounts taken by CWP, so I can get space in the server and start it normally, because all the sites in there are down from 2 days and I am unable to extend partition without SSH, because in google cloud, I had increased the partition size but it is not working.
I want the location of the backup (backup directory) so I can wipe all the backups and free some space.
please specify location of all backup so I can remove it without SSH

Addons / main IP of root login stop woring

Hello everyone.
Today I installed mod_clouflare by following this method:

After installing it, my main IP of CWP stop working and I am unable to access my CWP admin panel and user panel with ip, but I can access cwp user panel with subdomain with port, but none of the panel is accessible with ip.
please help, I just remove the mod_cloudflare.so file and restart the httpd, but it also didn't helped, I then restore the httpd.conf file but it also didn't helped. I am new to this linux hosting issues and need help to restore CWP admin panel and access it again.
all the website hosted are working normally and cwp client panel can be accessible with a subdomain (host).
