E-Mail / Delayed mail with remote mail exchangers
« on: January 30, 2020, 09:15:35 PM »
Hi, I am using CWP DNS + Slave DNS. I have clients using Office 365 email and mail is being delayed by sometimes close to a day. I can only sort out that the server thinks it is responsible for email to those domains.
The only way to set the mail exchanger as remote is to add a dummy email address so I can set the exchanger as remote. Doesn't help and possibly makes the matter worse.
This is crippling me at the moment and I'm running out of ideas. Any suggestions?

E-Mail / Email accounts quota is exhausted
« on: January 09, 2020, 01:37:12 PM »
Hi, I created an account with the default package. I later created a new package with unlimited email accounts and changed the account to use it. In the control panel, it shows that I have 10 of infinite accounts created, but when I try to add an email account, I get an error "Email accounts quota is exhausted."
What can I do to update the email account quota?
Thank you.

CentOS 7 Problems / "/opt/alt/php72/usr/bin/php-cgi" failed: No such file or directory
« on: January 01, 2020, 09:47:01 PM »
Hi, I'm new to Web Control Panel.
Two clean installs and I can't this solved. I keep getting 500 errors and this is what I'm seeing in the apache error log:
"/opt/alt/php72/usr/bin/php-cgi" failed: No such file or directory
During the install, I noticed an error about something in /opt not existing but it flies by so quickly it's hard to catch the exact error. Post-install, the /opt directory is indeed empty.
Any ideas?
Thanks
