Installation / CWP error after installation, I can access the root but always loading

Hi,
now i've been 8hours working to install CWP actually this is my very first time
Need your help
always loading until RTO to access myipaddress:2030 or https://myipaddress:2031 ( just loading and no response at all )
buy when I access the root, there is no problem
