Installation / Install on AWS Centos 7 Instance

I am trying to install this on a AWS Centos 7 instance. I have tried several times to install, but it stalls each time at this point:
Installing phpMyAdmin

I have tried installing MariaDB first, without hardening security and with, but it still seems to fail or stall here. How can I solve this?

Installation / Fresh install has MariaDB error. How to resolve?

Hi,
I am trying to do a fresh install of CWP on a new server and I am getting the following error message. How can I resolve this error?
failure: repodata/repomd.xml from mariadb: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
http://yum.mariadb.org/10.2/centos7-amd64/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] HTTP Error 404 - Not Found
sh: line 28: virt-what: command not found
sh: line 36: mysql: command not found
sh: line 46: /usr/local/bin/php: No such file or directory
grep: /etc/init.d/httpd: No such file or directory
