hello there,
It gives an error when adding new hosting in resellers.
When trying to add it again it says "this account already exists on the server".
Looking at the account list through the root account, it seems that the account has been created; however, the relevant account does not appear to be owned by the reseller.
How will this problem be solved? An update is needed.

Hi,
A user on the server is consuming 700% CPU. The CPU consuming command is something weird like "cma_m_myac+".
I did not understand anything.
What do you think could happen?

PHP / PHP-FPM User Conf File Delete Problem

Hi,
The user.conf file in the PHP-FPM configuration is automatically deleted and the websites give the "Service Unavailable" error. I had this problem 3 times. I create the CONF file myself; but then it gets deleted again.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
CWP TEAM, if there is a solution for this problem, please share information.

I cannot install PHP-FPM on newly installed CWP servers (I have a license)
On unlicensed servers, I cannot change the default 5.6 php version via the php switcher.

When we install SSL on our server domains, it is not active without restarting Apache. Our customers install SSL certificate; but it is not active. They tell us the situation and we need to restart the Apache service. This causes a service interruption on the server.
This problem did not exist before. Everyone could activate the SSL certificate as they wanted. Now it is not active when the SSL certificate is installed.
This is a very challenging situation.

Hi;
All PHP-FPM versions between 5.3-7.3 are active. However, a site running on 5.6 periodically:
"Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later. "
Gives a fault.
I think this error was caused by FPM communication errors. FPM repeatedly gives error when closing version 5.6; however, when FPM 5.6 is active, F5 on the site gives "Service Unavialable" error periodically.
