CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Server is in rescue mode, but unable to migrate to new CWP

Hi, I have a server which has couple of websits, but currently it is in rescue mode with ubuntu, i was able to spin up the disk as VM using qemu-kvm and create a backup using
/scripts/user_backup USERNAME
however when i try to restore it in the new panel, i get error
i am using cpanel to cwp option, On panel it says,
There is an error, please check that the account no longer exists
and in logs it says
2021-10-21 10:04:48 The file wasn't decompressed
Can anyone help?
My main problem is even though i can manually extract and run, the dns/named isnt working properly.
I have few domains which are using dns to show the data of different domain on the same server, and they break, even the addon domains do not if i just extract and restore mysql data.
Any help is appreciated.

Apache / Apache webserver with nginx proxy throwing (110: Connection timed out)

I need help with this issue, at times randomly on my site i get Error 504, with cloudflare saying Gateway Timed out.
