CentOS 7 Problems / PHP version Switcher not working

PHP version: 5.6.37  i change to 7.4.7 but still running 5.6.37    please help me

im trying to log my Roundcube  get this error

Apache / httpd.service failed. i need help !!!

im going to start Apache Webserver but i got  warning!

Job for httpd.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status httpd.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.
