When I want to search for emails

I get an error and the processes increase too much
the version I have is Roundcube Webmail 1.4.11

How Are You?
I have found a problem for prestashop that I cannot solve,
Nginx & Varnish & Apache
Web server Configuration Nginx => Varnish => Apache =>Php-fpm
Nginx default vhost template: force => Https => Http2
with this configuration: the administration closes the administrator session by token
Nginx & Varnish & Apache
Web server Configuration Nginx =>Php-fpm
Nginx default vhost template: Prestashop_ssl
with this configuration: the administration shows error 404 not found nginx

I have a client who has prestashop and he tells me that he does not have NGINX activated

I have problem with real ip with cloudflare,
cloudflare suggest this to me.
