CSF Firewall / Suspicious process running under user %username%

Hello,
I have a problem with my CWP installation because from some days i continue to receive an email with the suspicious alert in the folder /usr/local/bin/php-cgi
I removed all the files of last uploaded websites and tried to block the destination IPs via CFS without success.
Could you please help me to find the cause and found a solution in order to fix that issue or better, help me to do an advanced troubleshooting?
