Postfix / how to add email password with minimum long

hi,
i trying create email but password is too short,
how can i set warning for user with strong password with minimal long password 10 character with combination alpha, numeric, lower and uppercase character

could you fix this,
every edit file, position top of editor always hide,
but not in view,
i'm using opera,
CWPpro version: 0.9.8.249

is possible i get more info detail like computer name etc?
because i dont know how to trace it
our internet modem connect to switch LAN direct, if ip block by unknown user, all user using this modem cannot access mail server because ip modem block
