Apache / mp3 will not stream - also cannot find settings to add .mp3 as a mime type

Hi Everyone,
I have the exact same problem. I setup a test server to test this issue on a newly fresh install today.
I get the same issue with mp3 - mp3 will not play or stream -- also cannot find settings to add .mp3 as a mime type file.
