Postfix / Configuration Postfix for Domain outgoing for IP

Dear,
How can I do to adjust the Postfix configuration for outgoing mail from certain domains are for specific IPs? Ex.
domain1.com -> outgoing -> 1.2.3.4
domain2.com -> outgoing -> 1.2.2.2
domain3.com -> outgoing -> 1.2.3.4
domain4.com -> outgoing -> 1.3.5.7
I've tried to adjust it in many ways, because I'm migrating my clients cPanel and Exim can do this in a very simple way.
