Suggestions / API - allow changing hosting package (upgrade/downgrade)

Hello,
when one is providing wehosting, client use my billing system to pay for the hosting plan upgrade/downgrade and he expect plan be changed quickly as he usualy exhausting data transfer or disk space quota. But CWP API seems not to accept changing hosting plan via API.
Please allow changing hosting package/plan (upgrade/downgrade) via API: http://wiki.centos-webpanel.com/cwp-account-api
Password reset/change would be great too as client sometimes forget password and might be good to be able to reset it from within client area of my billing software.
