Migration from other control panels / Migration from Cpanel to CWP stuck on 10%

Please help fix this. am trying to move from Cpanel to CWP. and tried to use the Cpanel migration tool. but every time it stuck on 10% when it says creating backup files.
I tried big and very small accounts and had the same issue. please check the screenshot for more information.
