CentOS 7 Problems / problems in user accounts to edit files

Hello, from about 3 days ago, users who want to edit a file cannot because of this error when giving it in save: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /usr/local/cwpsrv/var/services/users/codeEditor.php on line 0
and tried changing the permissions but without any result, From my administrator account if I can use the file editor of the file manager without problem, but from the user accounts it is not possible, can you help me, Thank you.
