CentOS 6 Problems / Help: Error can not nginx

I implemented Restore 1 sever and when it came to the new server it reported this error:
Starting nginx: nginx: [emerg] bind() to 172.104.33.152:80 failed (99: Cannot assign requested address)
[FAILED]

How to / Ask how to upload files the fastest
