Updates / Unexpected use of Ram and I/O

MySQL version: 10.7.3-MariaDB
FTP version: 1.0.49
Web Servers: nginx-apache
SSD : 400 GB
Ram: 16 GB
i already used cpanel, plesk, directadmin, and many more
Now i booked new server along with CWP Pro and i found it very interesting and getting many features at affordable price
but every thing is waste when your website goes down again n again
I was never facing this type issue with cpanel,plesk and other but this time it's a headace for me
please anyone here who can help me into this
