Installation / Install FAILED, 404?

Installing with CentOS 6.6 Final, 4GB of RAM, Dual-Core @ 3.6..


I get the following.

sh: /usr/local/src/php-5.4-cwp.sh: No such file or directory

Compiler requires 512 MM RAM + SWAP
Installtion FAILED at cwp php
This is being done in a Oracle VM VirtualBox
