CentOS 7 Problems / Cannot login to user web panel

Hello there,
I am seeing an error when I try to login as a user (not admin) to cpanel / web panel in the logs.
2023/10/29 11:59:02 [error] 13658#0: *2616 FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: PHP Warning: curl_error(): supplied resource is not a valid cURL handle resource in /usr/local/cwpsrv/var/services/users/login/index.php on line 0" while reading response header from upstream, client: [MY IP], server: localhost, request:z "POST /login/index.php?acc=validate HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/usr/local/cwp/php71/var/sockets/login.sock:", host: "[domain]:2083", referrer: "https://[domain]:2083/login/"-

Curl was last updated on 2020, so that's not it.
The PHP file is encrypted, so there is no debugging that one. No pointers on the internet on how to fix it other than playing around with PHP.Any ideas or any way I can get the decrypted PHP file to tinker?
