CentOS 7 Problems / Virtual Memory Size error emails are being spammed. How do I fix it?

I keep getting the above error.
I haven't changed any major configuration settings on cwp or the server itself..
It's only got 2 Wordpress sites and a few email accounts using it.

Here's the specs of the vps.

4 GB RAM
8000GB Monthly Premium Bandwidth
1Gbps Public Network Port
Any help would be awesome as I never had this kind of issue with whm cpanel and had way more sites on it. I would switch all my stuff to cwp but this stuff definitely makes me think twice.

CentOS 7 Problems / login loop after sign in

After I login to the admin panel and get to the dashboard, anything I click takes me right back to the login screen, when I login again, it takes me right back to the status page.

DNS / dns issue

So my client's registrar on their domain is GoDaddy. I changed the name servers to cloudflare. Copied over every Dns Zone from cwp but even after 2 days inbox emails aren't working. I'm starting the thread in DNS because it seems to be DNS related.

The domain is thelastashram.com
I can send mail perfectly fine but inbox doesn't receive and I get this error

The response was:
DNS Error: DNS type 'mx' lookup of thelastashram.com responded with code NOERROR DNS type 'aaaa' lookup of thelastashram. responded with code NXDOMAIN DNS type 'a' lookup of thelastashram. responded with code NXDOMAIN
https://www.nslookup.io/domains/thelastashram.com/dns-records/ shows the mx record is in place. what am I missing?

I really am disliking cwp. whm/cpanel was never this difficult to get email or anything setup.

CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request

I get this error when trying to bring up a Wordpress site on one of my userpanel's admin area.
 
Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have had issues with the gui not loading properly, tried several clean installs using alma 8, centOS7 and Rocky 8...
