Apache / Re: Issues with brand new fresh install with almalinux 9.4
« on: October 14, 2024, 07:17:54 PM »
You can't have any services installed before installing CWP.

So if Apache is working 'out of the box', you are installing AlmaLinux 9.4 LAMP.
That won't work.

Reimage with the bare AlmaLinux 9.4

Setup your networking, hostname, timzone.

Then:

Code: [Select]
dnf install dnf-plugins-core
Code: [Select]
dnf install elrepo-release epel-release -y
Code: [Select]
/usr/bin/crb enable
Code: [Select]
dnf --refresh update
Code: [Select]
dnf install nano wget ipset ebtables iptables uuid uuid-devel libuuid-devel m4 pcre pcre-devel zlib-devel perl-DBD-MySQL perl-IPC-Cmd perl-Pod-Html perl-Sys-Hostname perl-libwww-perl.noarch perl-LWP-Protocol-https.noarch perl-GDGraph libtool s-nail htop sysstat python3-perf ImageMagick ImageMagick-devel -y
Code: [Select]
dnf --refresh update
Code: [Select]
dnf install clamav* clamd
Code: [Select]
dnf clean all
Code: [Select]
cd /usr/local/src
Code: [Select]
wget http://centos-webpanel.com/cwp-el9-latest
Code: [Select]
sh cwp-el9-latest
Code: [Select]
dnf install spamassassin amavis

E-Mail / Re: Roundcube update not working due to php version of cwpsrv
« on: February 21, 2023, 05:30:28 PM »
HOW DO WE CHECK WHICH VERSION IS INSTALLED?

Open roundcube and click about in the bottom left corner.

I installed stable roundcube version 1.6.1 as the last version and after receiving the warning that it cannot be used because there is no php 7.3 in the system, I had to revert to the old version 1.4.11.

MySQL / Re: Can not update MariaDB - Error downloading packages
« on: February 18, 2023, 04:41:15 PM »
That sounds great, but how do I do that?

You can try this:
https://wiki.centos-webpanel.com/mariadb-upgrade-to-new-version

But it's for 10.5 version. Instead, I would try to change to version 10.6, because it's a LTV - Long Term Version.

Netino

Code: [Select]
[mariadb]
name = MariaDB
baseurl = http://mirror.mariadb.org/yum/10.6/centos7-amd64
gpgkey=https://yum.mariadb.org/RPM-GPG-KEY-MariaDB
gpgcheck=1

try this

CentOS 7 Problems / Re: My vps cpu always running %100
« on: August 08, 2018, 05:03:33 PM »
the best would be that you contact cwp support if your server provider has no support for servers

Support is not free :) I completely re-established VPS and reinstall cwp. It's working right now.
Thank you all for your answers, especially bullten
