please check installation instructions on the website.

You need to setup your hostname for server, but you can access you server anytime using a server ip address regardless if you have pointed a domain to your server.

by default its already installed, you can check it by using a command

/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -M|grep rewrite

and if you get output like "rewrite_module (static)" then you have it installed.

Salvatore, this will be added, but donations are required to include more developers since there is a lot of work which needs to be done.
You can use softaculous as a script installer at the moment.

Also at the moment we are working on the new version 0.9.8 which will have few important improvements.

sprabowo, your virtual hosts needs to have a same ip which you are using for apache...rebuild vhosts options should help as glenn said.
