all files must be in proper document root (home folder) of the user account or they will not work, this are security features of SuExec.

apache is compiled with SuExec and suPHP so this two security addons will not allow you to run anything what does not have a proper permission.

Each vhost has defined user and grup...we will try to add this option but it will need to be tested.
