You need to add cronjob as mentioned in tutorial.

With comodo waf gui you can choose which rules to disable. What all rules are needed to be enabled for specific domain. Disable domain completely and etc. Its their own GUI using which you can manage everything.

You need to uninstall modsecurity provided by cwp if you have installed any. The follow this tutorial and install.
When a new update is available you will have a button in gui to update rule. If you want to update rule automatically then you need to run a cron for it.

Well for that you need to change vhost file and define access and error log for each site independently. Then you install awstats and configure it for each account separately.

I think you can add this to your root cwp panel but not in client panel as it will display logs for all websites on server.
