Try changing the cwpadmin port to one on your list ( stop the existing service on that port first) restart cwp and see if the connection to the web url works ?

Hi try turning off iptables completely , make sure your ISP hasnt blocked port 2030 and have a look at whats going on in Syntax error on line 419 of /usr/local/cwpsrv/conf/httpd.conf , it sounds like Apache isnt starting and thats why cwp isnt working

Thanks for the reply , i just installed the epel version of inotify-tools its version (inotify-tools-3.14-1.el6.x86_64.rpm) and it fixes the issue , the bug is in inotify-tools or maldet , not to confuse people that this is a CWP bug (-;

Hi has anyone installed Maldetect from /scripts and been able to run it in monitor mode

i get the following error when using maldet -m /home
maldet(27600): {mon} no inotify process found, check /usr/local/maldetect/logs/inotify_log for errors

however the log is empty

i installed inotify-tools and glibc is installed the system is 64bit Centos 6.6 on dedicated hardware

Not sure id use an old pc for customers sites , irrespective of the cpanel you use , but for testing it's the boss (-; and for live hosting from within a DC it's the super boss, you'll be very happy using CWP
