there was no Theme specified in:
/usr/local/cwpsrv/var/services/users/login/conf/cwp.ini

This is how it should work, and this method works as long as the User don't enabled the 2FA Authentication.
If the User has 2FA enabled you can still login but using the direkt link in the Admin Panel under Accounts, even if 2FA is enabled.

Not a Solution to your main Question but if you go to CWP Admin Portal, list Accounts you can click on the Icon to directly enter the Users Panel, even if 2FA is active.

I couldn't access my user panel so i tried a lot of things including restarting server and services a few times, changed weberver config from apache,nginx varnish to apacha, nginx but nothing worked.
I was able to get into the user panel in the users list direkt token link but not directly, not internally or externally.
Result:

So i couldn't fix it and made a fresh setup.
All fine for the first moment, i updated apache to the latest version and php to 7.4.16 (PHP-FPM)
checked User panel and it worked
After that i configured the mailserver etc. and now, User panel gone again.
i don't know whats wrong here but i made a fresh install and just did the initial config again, and it isn't the first time i set up CWP so i know how to do this.
This only happened since the latest CWP Pro .50 Update, i never had this before and suddenly 2 times, is there a Fix for this i don't wanna re setup everything again just to face the same Problem 1-3hours later again.
Can anyone reproduce this error and give a solution?

CSF Firewall / How to get rid of UDP_IN Blocked message flood

Hi,
when i check the /var/log/messages file i see a lot of
Not just from the same source IP also from my other devices like the Samsung TV etc.
This seems to be the typically broadcast messages and it is ok for me, i just don't wanna see them every second in my logs because so i could miss important things.
How can i get rid of them?

Depending on your Country and ISP it isn't enough to just open the ports in the CWP Firewall.
If i don't do a PortForwarding on my Router i can allow everything in CWP and it won't work.
Have you done a proper PortForwarding if you need to do?

The best way as already said is to tell your ISP to change your rDNS to something like mail.yourdomain.com
BUT:
As some ISP's aren't very kind or telling you there is no way to change the rDNS Pointer they set for you there is another way to solve this.
The rDNS is only needed for Mails, you can also go into your main.cf and change your hostname only in that config to fit your rDNS
open: /etc/postfix/main.cf
Find:
myhostname = srv1.yourdomain.com
and just change it to your fitting rDNS. Eg mail.yourdomain.com or simply yourdomain.com (you need to find out whats your rDNS)
Save the config and restart postfix.
Thats all you need to do.

I recorgnized that some flags are not named correctly and show up as a broken image in the Security Panel where you can see the possible attackers flag.
So i just got a broken image instead of the flag.
eg:
Moldavia
in the path: /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/admin/design/img/16/ there is a moldova.png
but expected is this filename: Moldova,-Republic-of.png
So i copied moldova.png and inserted the copy named as: Moldova,-Republic-of.png
i also recorgnized this with russia.
So instead of the country.png here the tooltip name was taken because this is exactly what pops up when you hover the flag.
I fixed this on my own the way i explained above, but i know on the next update this is possible undone.
So maybe this could be fixed in some future updates, it is not a big problem.

Hi,
I am not really sure why you handle it this way, but maybe there is a problem with the Firewall/Port Forwarding.
For an valid SSL Cert you need to have at least port 80 open and pointing to your server.
How have you handled the Port management for the 2nd IP?
Or are the web ports only open for the ip1?
This could explain why ip2 can't receive valid Certs.

Hi,
I also run into this Problem right now but i figured out what the problem was.
As i had many hacking attempts from France i blocked france in the county block list.
After that, no updates from CWP and also i couldn't load the mod_security module from inside the admin Panel.
As it was the last thing i changed, i removed FR from the list, and everything is working again.
So i checked the ip of centos-webpanel.com and recorgnized it is in france
So this explains a lot.
Maybe this could help if someone will have the same problem in the future.
