Apache / 500 Internal Server Error (after adding domain)

Hello,

I have problem whit add new domain.
i just install centos web panel and after adding domain i get 500 Internal Server Error.
Here is error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, dragnetbl@gmail.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

What i do ?
- Firsth i was created pacage and add new client whit domain. Location to that domain was /home/client_name/public_html.
- Than i add new domain to same user, location to this domain was /home/client_name/public_html/domain.


But when i try to open first or second domain i get same error.

After installing panel i have problem whit service status, here is image:



I have this yellow color, and when i restart service, color is still same.

Nothing, after installl acaphe index page  was work but web admin did not.
So i was just run one command wht apache and now apache dont work too.

Is there any errror logs from panel ?

I create on Digital Ocean vps 512mb of ram and use centos 6 32bit minimal on it.
Than i install cwp.

When i open apache, tis not working: http://46.101.103.247/
When i try to open web panel its not working: http://46.101.103.247:2030/
But if login as root, its working:
