Ok they have a dns panel but you may have to mail their support to add the ptr record for you

No not for apache or other domains but it will be a problem for mail you will need to change dns records for ptr and spf and also re generate the tls certificates for the new hostname

hostname should be hostname.domain.suffix , so you can still add the domain.suffix as the new users domain

your mail account was compromised , set a more secure password on your mailbox and block ip addresses after 2 or 3 failed login attempts with LFD in the firewall

do you have the domain on CWP but not the user even if you host your mail externally CWP will look in the local map first to resolve any domain hosted on the server , you can change mail routing for the domain to external and remove the dns record from the local dns instance

One is part of Amavis for scanning mail and the other is Clamd (daemon) depending on how Amavis is setup killing the process could stop your mail from working properly

You need to set a proper hostname on your server, then set a PTR record in your dns for the hostname and then add a SPF records to your domain , then that problem will go away
