For anyone else running into this problem...
The correct way to set up DKIM when using a thrird-party DNS service not controlled by CWP - take the content of the TXT record for DKIM at your CWP DNS and mirror same record at your third party DNS service. If for any reason your DKIM key is cut short due to input field character limitation it will not work. Make sure all characters exist when mirroring the DKIM TXT entry.

DNS / rDNS is required to match the hostname of CWP

I recently discovered that rDNS is required to match hostname or FQDN specified within CWP config. If not set the same, CWP declines operate normally and strips your accounts page links of the Domain and forces the IP instead with a result in SSL fail when trying to visit user panels or webmail boxes. I have no desire for rDNS to match the hostname.
Is there a workaround to curb the requirement?

This seems to be an ongoing issue where the IP address appears instead of the hostname. I have a valid SSL cert and my FQDN is internet routable. Has anyone come up with a solution to this?
