recheck mail server config on cwp
thenrebuild mail server with hostname


then re-check the SSL of your hostname (dont revoke too many times. if im not wrong.. LE limit issue SSL 3 time or 5 times only in 1 week)

sometimes this is happen to me. but... it fix automatically in few hours (crontab SSL run) still dont know why.
so ... yes i need more step to login to userpanel then issue it
or i just install zero-ssl for temporary from cwp to the client domain

this is my opinion


1. if you point IN NS your domain to your CWP
DKIM must valid


2. if you just IN A and Your MX point to CWP
you need have same dkim at cwp and domain zone panel
otherwise sometimes the domain will get spam and blocked from gmail


3, if you just IN A and your MX NOT point to CWP
just ignore it.


how to disable dkim ?
disable OPEN DKIM Services
so everytime you create account (i think ) your account will not have DKIM on it

I just noticed that my hostname does not have DKIM value.
I have tried to find in DKIM Manager, but the hostname is not listed there at the dropdown option. But it is shown at the listing of /var/named.
I just want to add DKIM for the hostname only, since all domains have already had the DKIM and SPF.
I read at this forum the simplest way is rebuild the mail server. But I'm not sure to do that. I am just afraid that running that feature will overwritten all of SPF and DKIM for whole domains. I'm afraid because some domains have been set to use third party SMTP that need us to insert their SPF and DKIM into our domain's named record for the verification purpose.

So, what is the best way to add DKIM for the hostname WITHOUT chaning the other domain's DKIM value?

i dont know about your situation


but this is my step by step after i done install cwp from cli


login root, then i set the hostname ... example blabla.mydomain.tld
then i wait until the propagantion full and ssl are correct
at your case... is about email
then i got to email
then mail server manager
then set the hostname there (same with my cwp hostname ... subdomain not primary domain, never try use domain.tld )


after that everything is good. only need setup dkim spf etc




update: i never use mod or av at my cwp

update: try sent via webmail first....

well... almost all my problem. that bug glitch or miss config or else i faced with cwp almost done.


no i little worried about the billing system
box billing is good enough. (Free...) but it uses some standard that not common here. like


INV-0045 when the invoice generates
when it gets pay status it will change to
INV-1223 (my start inv numbering 1000)


and OfCourse, the printable layout is not too good...


anyone here use box billing or other? that maybe can share the config or how to fix the printable layout (and maybe box billing old error with unknow string)

you should check your domain result of DKIM
and you should check your hosting DKIM key


both must be same


you can check it using mxtoolbox or https://dnschecker.org/all-tools.php
it will give you result what your domain DKIM TXT value...
then compare it to your DKIM TXT value from your hosting

The important question for me is should one publish DKIM key on CWP DNS( running on cloud ssd server)   or the  web hosting provider??

DKIM checker is working to way

from outside and from inside... if not match it will red (if you only talk about cwp)
in other case... you email will get banned from google (long term case..and rare) middle case, will go spam even you already fix it...

I have tried all above mentioned but nothing worked.
Finally I have updated CWP package on both server by executing sh /scripts/update_cwp
After updating the package connection established.

how if you try now ?
last update ( i think ) have some hidden bug fix

install wordfence (if you use wordpress) then scan. you will get all info
i was get this (not virus) hijacker... php shell
almost all directory have .htaccess with that value
and some directory have phpshell injector

htaccess is being created in all directories of these sites with this content.

now i have already change the provider... i got 350 minimum 450 maximum
10x speed.... less 50x error now ^_^
