Thanks for your reply.

I use Varnish with my CWP version: 0.9.8.10

The content of my default.vcl is now

backend default { .host = "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx"; .port = "8181";}
include "/etc/varnish/backends.vcl";
sub vcl_recv { include "/etc/varnish/sites.vcl";}

What should I exactly add in this file to see the real ips?

Hello,

I have a Wordpress site running on CWP. I use the WP stats plugin for statistics. Unfortunately all visits
are coming from the ip of the server..  I understand that CWP does not collect access / error logs for
sites running on the server but i am not sure if that is the reason for not seeing the real visitors ip.

Are there any plans / roadmap to implement  access_logs / error logs for the sites running on the CWP like other Control panels
like Plesk / Cpanel / Directadmin have?

I understand that implementing this would possibly put a bit higher load on server but would be a good next step. ..

Thanks fafache ! Can you maybe also if you have the time, explain how to secure the CWP panel https://domainname.ext:2031 
with an bought SSL certificate.

I am used to Parallels / Odin Plesk with this panel securing the Control panel login can be done through the GUI.I know
Plesk is license based and CWP is free. Would be great if it could be done through gui though.

It is a temporary one. I have been told that in the next release of Softaculous this will be fixed.

It is gzipped you have to unzip it.

You have to replace /usr/local/cwp/softaculous/index.php with the index.php of the gzipped file.

Make sure you first make a copy of the original index.php

I contacted Softaculous. The have a patch for it which solves the problem for the moment.
(it is only one file which needs to be replaced)

I have the same problem after the latest update to 0.9.8.10.
Clicking Softaculous brings you to the login screen

The CSR was generated by the SSL generator and I received the certificate
with the CA bundle.
