Hi, yes I had the same problem , changing ROOT password from with IN CWP ,, you can not log in.

Had to access the Server panel and change root there.

Users and Root password changes seems to not work 100% right now.

I managed to fix this by deleting all the files here: below:  pertaining to the deleted account & domain:


/root/.acme.sh/cwp_certs


This solved the re new problem for me.

Are you able to ping database.clamav.net subdomain from your server?

I Have the same problem, I am able to ping database.clamav.net from my server but get this error everyday.

ERROR: getpatch: Can't download daily-24492.cdiff from database.clamav.net
ERROR: Can't download daily.cvd from database.clamav.net

We had the Oops error and Softac support fixed and gave feedback below: For your info.

Hi,

We have checked and we found the issue. The issue was that when removing installation the ajax call issued was failing giving 500 internal server error. We found the CWP theme's header and footer were getting loaded in Softaculous causing the 500 internal server error. We have contacted the CWP team in order to fix this issue. We have also applied the patch on your server and now everything is working properly.

Please check and let us know if you face any issues further.

The file will open for editing....
