Information / Re: Disappointed with CWP 🤬
« on: August 29, 2020, 08:45:56 AM »
We must say that we are very happy with CWP and the support they give us is very professional.
Is the panel having problems? Yes, but they are correcting them quite well. As I once said, I think this panel is going to be much better. We will continue to invest in it for the time being.
Also, as I have said some times, in spite of everything, I think it is a very cheap panel for the functions and usefulness it has, maybe you should raise the price of the license a little bit and use the benefit to improve it even more and spend more time working on it.

Simply modify that file, add a new line at the end "Press enter" and save, restart the DNS server and it should work.

« on: June 08, 2020, 04:14:31 PM »any one can help me on this issue
Hi,
I have this problem from the day one and tried many solution for correction this issue. Kindly anyone can help me out with proper steps to take as am new to this issue in CWP 7 on Centos 7 OS Server. As I took screenshots of this issue.
Hostname change will also generate a new Hostname autoSSL Certificate.
Certificate Path: /etc/pki/tls/certs/hostname.bundle
Key Path: /etc/pki/tls/private/hostname.key
Pure-FTPd PEM: /etc/pki/tls/private/hostname.pem
Your Hostname is: server.evxooe.com and it resolves to IP: 182.176.159.154 [Check Black List] [Check CWP SSL] [Check WebServers SSL]
rDNS/PTR = FAILED, check with your hosting provider! FAILED [Check SenderBase]
rDNS/PTR check for IP 192.168.10.151 = (private IP range detected)
AS AM USING GMAIL RELY FOR OUT GOING EMAILS. BUT I GET INCOMING EMAILS
Just like the message says:
(check with your hosting provider!)
They have to modify that value in the ip assigned to your server.

CentOS-WebPanel Bugs / Re: From a domain where I send email, it is using another IP that is not assigned to
« on: June 06, 2020, 09:13:57 PM »I'm sorry the ways have been bad. I have fixed it by contracting an email service in the same provider of the domain, since I have not been able to solve it.
I have paid the annual pro, and the truth is that I would pay much more than I am paying, but it is true that you also have many errors, as what is happening to me.
I once paid for support, and I never got a response.
Thanks for the response. I think that's what I'll always do, mail service apart.
I agree about the bugs, but to fix bugs you need programmers and to have programmers you need income.
We are collaborating with this panel in every way possible:
We pay for partner licenses.
We pay for server administration services.
We donate to CWP.
I think that in the future this panel will be improved if we all collaborate.

Why don't you put it all in one publication instead of four?
It's weird that you paid the CWP team and they didn't respond. We pay the CWP team "And many times without paying" and they always help a lot. What's more, they have recently been improving their support and within their means are implementing improvements and bug fixes that we are asking them for.
I think you should open a support ticket with cost or even hire some administration package, even so, it is much cheaper than other panels and we collaborate economically with them, which I think is what they need.
PS: I think they should raise the cost of the licenses, even with $2.99, it would be a ridiculous price for the functions of the panel and they would double the income to be able to hire more people or those who are, that is more exclusive.

CentOS 7 Problems / Re: Serious backup system failure
« on: June 04, 2020, 09:35:56 AM »
Today we were informed that they have added an option to put a limit on incremental copies. I believe this will be available in the next update.
I have also asked them to change the way they work and to make them truly incremental, which is currently full copies. But the copy limit would already be an improvement.

We use virtualization level backups, i.e. we copy the entire servers, it is the most secure way to restore at any time.
But at the user level, it is better the backup system that CWP has, because you can restore only something you need without having to restore the whole server.
The only thing you have to do is make it work as an incremental copy, not that all copies are new even if you have indicated the incremental copy or even integrate with the JetBackup system which is the one we use in CPanel and works very well.

The problem, from what the CWP team told us, is that ioncube is still in the beta phase. By the time it is in production, they would implement php 7.4.

CSF Firewall / Resellers should be able to unlock IPS
« on: June 01, 2020, 12:26:13 PM »
Hello!
A major upgrade request.
We believe that "reseller" users should have an option from their own panel to unblock IPS from the firewall.
This would prevent us from getting support tickets to unblock IPS as they would be able to do it themselves.

We already have quite a few servers with CWP and they work quite decently.
It's true that many errors need to be corrected, but little by little and collaborating economically is how you get there, not just by criticizing.
As for the reason why I opened this, I ask in case nobody had reported it before, since we have realized today about this problem.
