Hi, I am getting below error for Postgresql & Mongodb:
You are not authorized to use this module (postgresql_manager)- Contact Server Admin
You are not authorized to use this module (mongodb_manager)- Contact Server Admin
From CWP admin panel I already authorized both for users & resellers & package also included this feature. However still getting above error. I am CWP Pro users. Do you know the solutions? If yes kindly reply here & help to fix the issues!

Backup / New Backup (Beta) restoring not working with CWPpro version: 0.9.8.1134

Hi,
Hope you are doing well. I found remote FTP or Local none of the "New Backup (Beta)" restoration working with latest version. It's restore everything except file, for each domain/sub-domain I can see default index.html no others file. But before this version at least local backup restoration working fine, however before FTP restoration also was not working.
CWPpro version: 0.9.8.1134
Did anyone faced same issue as like me? If yes then did you got any solutions yet? I tried with backup with older version & same version as well but none of them are working.

I think about this "spam" issue is not support team part. You need to ensure your IP reputation is good enough. You have to setup rDNS entry for your IP, have proper SPF & DMARC record setup in your DNS entry. Also, You can check your subnet health or ASN health. Always use smtp to send email from any website, don't use php mail function. When you are using a new IP to sending new IP then it's most probably will goes to spam due to low reputation, however while you continue sending email your IP reputation will grow day by day & it will be inboxed normally. Hope it will help you.

We find more bug, more more more and view this forum some bugs is know for more times but not fixed. More bugs we fix the ones with our patches, but bugs appear new, and more after update. We open more ticket, we paid enterpraise support, but nothing to do, bugs there is and our segnalation is not considered as bug, as example - migrate account cpanel to cwp that have 5GB++ account not appear in account list -- developer is transfer one account and invite us to verify, ve re transfer and account not appear in the account list.... )))
Guis, your panel is good, but you need fix the current bugs and only after develop other features. Otherwise you will have more and more problems and do not come out.
We leave you unfortunately, we have decided to write our panel.

I am not able to agree with you. From last 1 year we are using CWP Pro as a shared hosting server along with cPanel & trying to convert client from cPanel to CWP Pro day by day. Currently we have 100+ client with one dedicated server & most of them migrated from cPanel. I don't notice such kinds of error about 5GB or something yet now. Everything migrated smoothly. We faces some issues some times, like few days ago we faced "File Manager" not appearing in user panel. But I able to short out it after 2 updates from CWP team. So, it's minor issues I think. We paid them a fewer amount for license. So, it's already too much feature & support what we already get from them.

I have same problem that you.
I able to fix the issues after getting today new update by below step:
1. updated to latest CWP version (0.9.8.1103)
2. Recreate or resave "Feature manager" items
3. Fix Permission for any one user with "Fix Permissions" & "Internal Server Error"
4. Restart CWP Services & problem solved
Hopefully it can help you also.

Softaculous & File Manager both are showing fine at user panel for me. Softaculous working fine as well now, but File Manager showing a blank white page in 2 of my server. Did you face any issues with "File manager" or it's ok for you?

Hi, Issue has been resolved with the version: 0.9.8.1102, but now File Manager showing a blank white page with header menu bar only & below is "trash" folder. Did anyone faces the issue?

Can you kindly check my ticket #275781. Because I still don't get any fix from the support team or they don't publish any fix in their update channel. But my clients are start complain about where is the "File Manager" & it's really hard to working with FTP instead "File manager". Also "Softaculous" in same condition!

Hi, guys today I notice my shared hosting cwp pro server user end not showing "File Manager" option I mean no way to browse to file in user end. I checked the "Feature" option & try to enabled "File Manager" but it's keep unchecked after saving the feature, even I already checked. Few others option stay unchecked even after check them but they are showing user panel, so they actually not creating problem. But when File Manager option not showing at user end then it's a big issue.
Another issue i found that now there have no way to show "Softaculous" at user panel from feature manager. User panel "Script Installers" is blank now & from backend there have no option to check "Softaculous" to show at user panel although I already have "Softaculous" installed & perfectly configured before. If it's a bug then developer kindly fix it asap or if it's only happen for me then anyone know the solution? Thanks.

Just install your required NodeJS version from "NodeJS Manger" open the default port in your CSF, need to add like this 50000:60000 & finally enable "NodeJS Apps" under "User Accounts---->Feature" that's all.

Dear @techtroves, I also face this issue for last few month as well. But today able to enable CPU,Memory & Disk I/O limit. So, CWP team may be fixed the issue with the latest version. My current version is 0.9.8.1101
