Yes i have , thanks for the reply.
It happens when the daily cwp cron runs i can run it manually and it'll just dump stuff into root ( the cron runs as root) the funny thing is if i enable modsec it doesn't happen so im guessing something is not being removed when i remove modsec, but still poking around a bit to figure out what.

You don't need to set anything up you just make a folder called fango in the public_html of the domain you want to use and fix permissions and you're good to go

Point the sites A record to the ip address you want to use in DNS , just make sure the IP has been added to the servers adapter first

I don't have mod security enabled but every few days i get my root folder filled with a whole bunch of .conf files from Comodo , how can i ensure that its not updating or even configure it to put the files into the correct location ?

You can do that , but its a very bad idea , rather use SFTP for root access

How did you set your mail server up are you using amavis and spamassassin you can filter for and reject that domain but i think n8v8r
