I have the same problem on 8 cwp pro servers, I do not know why I put the available updates without being tested, now 200 users claim that they cannot authenticate

Thanks , Yes we need that , I try to create package . its working but when I went to create account then I geting error "Reseller exceeds account fee"

what that mean ? is it only work CWP pro ?

You must indicate a maximum number of accounts to manage in the reseller package
