you are not using the correct php path, you have the correct path in the cwp cron

looks like you have some issue with mysql crash, this could be memory related or your site mostly in wordpress case xmlrpc.php is under dos attack.
You should check mysql, messages and apache logs more detailed.

you can delete file /usr/local/cwpsrv/conf.d/cwp-ssl.conf if you are not using ssl or you can generate a new certificate for it by using change hostname option in cwp
